HR3 Pty Ltd is the new name for the company formerly known as Datascope Systems Pty Ltd. The name has changed to reflect how our company is evolving and more importantly, how our software systems are growing and evolving to meet the needs of Australian businesses.
Since 1984, HR3 has been developing Payroll Software for the Australian market. Our Winpay payroll package has helped over 3,500 companies better manage their payroll and personnel records. Our longevity can be attributed to our core focus on our customer’s needs. We are constantly striving to ensure that our R&D efforts live up to our company motto - “Evolutionary Human Technology”.

The HR3 product Suite
The HR3 product suite brings an unprecedented level of functionality to the Human Resources marketplace. HR3-payroll is a ‘clean sheet’ design, built around an internet enabled and highly scalable client/server database platform.
Scalable from a small single user operation through to systems with thousands of employees, it may be deployed on major database platforms such as SQL Server, Interbase etc. All modules share a consistent and familiar user interface, with benefits in reduced training costs and increased end-user acceptance.
HR3 provides people management tools, not just a Payroll. An example is the optional Task Manager. Just as programs such as Outlook™ have made it easier to share information, the Task Manager brings similar facilities with the advantage of being fully integrated throughout the Payroll & HR.
There is a wide range of reports built into the standard version, with the Advantage version offering the option of a powerful report writer. You can copy any standard report, enquiry or payslip and modify it to suit your own requirements. Any report can be viewed, printed, emailed, saved as PDF, HTML, Excel, RTF or archive formats. With over 150 reports and the option of a powerful report writer, information is truly at your fingertips.
Interfaces to many popular General Ledger systems are included as standard.
