HR3time is an electronic time and attendance data capture system. HR3time consists of an electronic timeclock, communication and management software.

The HR3time clock electronically captures employee entry and exit times when the employees swipe their magnetic cards or scan their fingerprint. This information is stored in the clocks memory for retrieval by the HR3time management software. The management software then interprets the data and updates qualified information into its database.
