HR3 is a relatively new name in HRMS/OHS arena, but the company behind the name has an enviable track record in Australia.

HR3 Pty Ltd was originally Datascope Systems Pty Ltd. Datascope Systems was formed in 1984 by Rick Verloop and Brett Goodrich. Today, Rick and Brett are still with HR3 as executive directors. In October 2002, Datascope Systems changed its name to HR3. At the same time we launched our brand new software solution (HR3pay) for the ever changing and increasing Human Resource, OHS and Payroll Management needs of Australian businesses.

Evolution, not revolution: Since 1984, HR3 has been developing and supplying payroll and personnel software to the Australian market. Some of our clients have been with us for over 20 years. Moving from the original Datapay system to Winpay and subsequently to HR3pay. As such, we've made sure each new version of our software has a painless migration process designed to enable users to take advantage of new features and functions without needing to implement an entirely new system.  

Since its release in 1994, our Winpay payroll system has helped thousands of Australian companies better manage their payroll and personnel information. Still widely used today, Winpay's longevity can be attributed to our core focus on our customer’s needs and building robust and easy-to-use software. At HR3, we are constantly striving to ensure that our research and development efforts live up to our company motto - “Evolutionary Human Technology”.
