Melbourne, Australia – Thursday 29th of July, 2010 – HR3 Pty Ltd (“HR3”) today announces the launch of their new 'HR3learning' service.
HR3learning is a new service that will provide quality classroom based training courses within the learning facilities of our Melbourne office. These courses will cover all areas of the HR3 product suite. A training course schedule will be published via the HR3 e-news online newsletter on a monthly basis.
Our aim is to offer timely, cost efficient training courses covering a wide range of the products and modules offered by HR3. By attending a HR3learning training course, the attendee will gain a better understanding of specific aspects of the HR3 software products. This in turn will enable them to make full use of all of the tools that HR3 software provides.

Course objectives for courses offered in September
• Database Auditing (Part day) - Want to be able to track changes to your database and who is making them? This course will show you how.
• Crosstab Analyser (Part day) - Whether you want to call them crosstab's, pivot query's or decision cubes, this course will show you how to make the most out of this powerful data analysis tool.
• Data Explorer (Part day) - As a user-defined reporting tool, there are myriad uses for the HR3 Data Explorer. This course will show them to you.
• Data Explorer with Crosstab Analyzer (1 day) - This comprehensive full day course combines the course content from the ½ day Crosstab and Data Explorer courses.
• Payrun (Part day) - This course is ideal for new pay office employees or as a refresher for existing staff. It covers all aspects of processing a payrun.
• Reporting (Part day) - Make full use of the 200+ standard reports in HR3pay. Learn how to create report batches, save parameters, email & save reports in various formats.
• HR3pay (Day 1) - This course is ideal for new pay office employees or as a refresher for existing staff. It covers all aspects of the day to day operation and maintenance of HR3pay.
• HR3pay (Day 2) - This full day course combines the course content from the ½ day Payrun and Reporting courses.
• Human Resources (Day 1) - Learn how to setup the HRpack with positions, training, skills, property, events, Org chart and more.
