05. Report Printing - Preview Screen

The PRINT PREVIEW screen includes a wide variety of features, including the ability to ‘drill down’ into a report to show additional details. Items on the report with a '+' (plus) next to them indicate that additional information can be displayed if required. This print preview shows a report has been ‘drilled down’ to show the Banking Details for ‘Child Support’ and ‘Social Club’. This is achieved by clicking on the '+' (plus) button.

Features

• Reports may be zoomed in and out by either; varying percent, fit to page, fit to width, actual size.
• For navigation it supports first, next, previous and last pages as well as direct entry of a page number.
• It has a full text search facility with ‘Match case’ and ‘Whole word’ options.
• Reports may be re-run with different filter settings without having to exit the preview screen.
• The report output may be emailed directly from the preview screen.
