Since 2004 Alicia’s experience and passion for all aspects of workplace relations and safety law have made her a trusted legal advisor to her clients. She is also an experienced advocate, having advised and advocated in the first Equal Pay Case under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and other dismissal disputes before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Circuit Court of Australia. She holds a Masters of Labour Law and Relations and is regularly engaged as a speaker nationally to educate corporates and not-for-profits on navigating the workplace relations landscape. Having previously worked in-house, Alicia is well equipped to provide cost effective and practical solutions to assist you comply with current changes to annualised salaries.

A natural business leader with a passion for innovation, Daniel is a former Asia-Pacific regional director at multinational Wolters Kluwer’s subsidiary CCH Australia, where his roles included Head of Strategy and M&A, General Manager of Sales, and Manager of Global Product Management. Daniel’s worked as an accountant in a BRW Top 100 firm and holds qualifications in M&A and business from the New York Institute of Finance, Harvard Business School and Deakin University.
