ReadyTech launches new digital onboarding and engagement tools for businesses to support COVID-19 recovery

ReadyTech has extended its existing partnership with Flare HR by integrating workplace solutions that will aid employers with remote employee onboarding, compliance with new superannuation reforms and improving their employee value proposition.

ReadyTech (ASX: RDY), a leading provider of next generation people-centric software in the education and workforce solutions sectors, will support Australian businesses in the transition to recovery with the launch of compliant employee onboarding and engagement technology for workforce management.

Now fully integrated with ReadyTech’s payroll and workforce management software, the new offering, available through the partnership with Flare HR, enables the remote onboarding of employees along with the provision of benefits and incentives to facilitate employee engagement and wellness.

The platform is also designed to support and automate payroll and HR compliance requirements for new employees, required by government regulation and future changes.

“ReadyTech is offering at no additional cost, employee onboarding and engagement tools that will  assist employers with the challenges of COVID-19 recovery, in a year where a budget for tools like these has been difficult to find,” said Daniel Wyner, ReadyTech Chief Executive, Workforce Solutions.

“During the COVID-19 period we’ve seen a number of employers forced to put planned wage increases on hold. Instead, they are looking for creative ways to support and reward their employees through this difficult time and are focusing on their employee value proposition more than ever.”

“From onboarding new employees to incentivising performance and engagement through benefits like discounts, we are providing an additional layer of cloud based technology-assisted support that will help employers and employees bounce back into work in as streamlined a way as possible.”

The fully integrated Flare HR offering includes employee discounts at hundreds of leading retailers and entertainment providers as well as access to employee mental health and professional learning programs.

“We are excited to launch our seamless, compliant digital workplace solutions to ReadyTech’s customers and Australian employers,” said Daniel Cohen, co-founder and co-CEO of Flare HR. “Together with ReadyTech, a leader in people management software, we can enable thousands of Australian employers with the end-to-end technology and automation to help them build more resilient, digital-first and engaged future workplaces.”

The 2000+ employers using ReadyTech’s ePayroll, Aussiepay and HR3 payroll software platforms will now have immediate automatic access to the integrated Flare HR employee offering. Flare HR will also be available for free to any new customers of ReadyTech’s payroll software suite.

“We encourage all our existing customers to start using these tools right now to level up their employee value proposition. We’d also advise other employers to assess if their payroll technology is supporting employee engagement into the future of work – it’s never been more important.”
