Workshop 1 – Introduction to the Payroll Framework
Part 1 – Getting started
This workshop will provide a new user with the knowledge to get started in Ready Pay’s payroll. It will include how to navigate your way around the system, introduce everyday functions and how to configure the system for your own working environment.
Part 2 – Payroll Framework
Following on from part one, part two looks at setting up your payroll parameters in the Ready Pay platform. This includes payroll framework items, employee entitlements, introduction to the financial year, maintenance of company settings and an introduction to the general ledger function
Workshop 2 – Employee details
Each employee in Ready Pay’s payroll has their own employee file containing all personal and payroll details. In this workshop, you will go into detail relating to creating new employees, employee payroll framework, taxation settings, standard and special pay.
Workshop 3 – Payroll Processing
This workshop will guide you through the sequential steps required to process a payroll. This includes setting dates, importing, adjustments, backups, updates, generating EFT files and submitting STP. You will also look at additional functions available for payroll
Workshop 4 – Reporting
This workshop will guide you through the standard reports in the Ready Pay platform which are stored in the Report Explorer module. The workshop will also show you how to use report filters, preview reports, email and export reports, plus more.
The full course of workshops is ideal for new pay office employees, or as a refresher for existing staff. It covers all aspects of day-to-day operations and maintenance of Pay module.
Terms and conditions
Registration for bookings will be available up to three business days prior to the date of the course. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been made. Payment must be made in full, three business days prior to the course date.
Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted up to three business days prior to the date of the course. Cancellations within three business days will attract a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the course cost.
HR3 Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course and when possible notify all registered attendees not later than three business days prior to the commencement of the course.
HR3 Pty Ltd will transfer registered attendees to another learning course date of your choosing or provide a full refund.
