Incidents are logged against locations and the level of detail recorded is at the user’s discretion. The system can record incidents involving multiple people as well as near misses and everything in between. Injuries and associated RTW and rehabilitation are also recorded in detail. Incident reporting is available via the system dashboard as well as through the Data Explorer that includes graphing and data exports.

Hazards and identified risks are logged against locations and the information recorded will depend on the system configuration and end user requirements.
